Celebrating Milestones and Achievements
Of course, you know about celebrating your own milestones. You remember the first time you got to drive by yourself. You remember your first date. You remember the first time you met your partner. You probably don’t remember your first step or your first words, though.
That’s because there’s a little bit of a time warp that happens. Those early memories in your life are for the parents. And when your baby is an adult, your kids will remember your grandchildren’s firsts (Ooh–did that give you a scary glimpse into the future?! Sorry, but it wasn’t the last one you’ll have!)
