Visiting Cao Gong in the Rain

On the third day when I arrived in Beijing, I always felt that there was one thing that was not right. I must go to see Cao Gong Cao Xueqin, a rich fellow and ancient Chinese literary master. So, in the afternoon, I faced the cold rain and walked to the Beijing Botanical Garden. Cao Gong's former residence is located in the botanical garden. I walked on the corridor in the garden with an umbrella. My trousers and leather shoes were wet by the rain. Unconsciously approached Cao Xueqin's former residence, I stopped under the ancient locust in front of the former residence.
