Section 4 The relationship between philosophy and economics

Philosophy and economics are two interrelated but distinct disciplines. They have some crossover and interaction in the research object, method and purpose.

Philosophy is concerned with the thinking and inquiry of fundamental questions about human existence, value, knowledge, ethics and so on. It explores general principles and ideas in an attempt to provide a comprehensive understanding of the world and human behavior.
